1. Data We Collect

CAHelper stores only the information you enter: client names, PAN numbers, GSTIN numbers, contact details, and filing status records. This data is stored locally on your server in a SQLite database and is not transmitted to any third party.

2. How We Use Your Data

All data is used solely to power the CAHelper application — tracking ITR filings and GST returns for your clients. We do not use this data for analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond the application's core function.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as you use the application. You may delete individual client records at any time. Deleting a client removes all associated ITR and GST filing records.

4. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including input validation, rate limiting, and security headers. Client data should be treated as sensitive; you are responsible for securing access to your CAHelper deployment.
